Communication Best Practices Luncheon

A large majority of conference participants will attend this lunch highlighting the communication award winners and an opportunity to network with other participants. Conference Banners and Signage

District I Conference has traditionally done a great job with branding their annual conference. Signage and banners will list sessions, sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, etc. The sponsoring company may put their name/logo on banners and signage as permitted by conference leadership. Conference Committee and District Leadership Dinner

Held on Thursday, January 28th, the dinner will be attended by the CASE District I Board of Directors and 2010 Conference Committee. This is a wonderful event featuring approx. 70 of the district’s most dedicated volunteers. This is a fantastic opportunity for the sponsor to support the volunteers’ efforts and get to know the “movers and shakers” of CASE. Sponsor will receive four tickets to this event, be provided the opportunity to make welcoming remarks and signage will be prominently displayed featuring the name and logo of the sponsoring company.

Conference Committee and District Leadership Hospitality Suite

An annual tradition, this informal and often energetic, social gathering of District I volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors and special guests is a fantastic sponsorship opportunity. A great deal of business is often conducted in this relaxed setting and the sponsoring company would have the opportunity to meet the District’s top leadership on both evenings of the conference. Sponsor will receive a recognition sign in the Hospitality Suite with company name and logo, and other opportunities as negotiated with Sponsor Chair.

Conference Committee Recognition Gifts

Recognition gifts are provided to all Conference Committee members during the Conference Committee and District Leadership Dinner. Sponsor will receive two invitations to attend this dinner and will also receive recognition and signage at the dinner.

Conference Keynote Session

Thursday’s keynote event will feature a prominent guest speaker on subjects of interest to the advancement professionals and are the highlight events during the conference. With a large majority of conference participants in attendance, the Keynote Session Sponsor will be introduced by District or Conference leadership (featuring a brief blurb on the company) from the podium and will then be provided the opportunity to introduce the guest speaker. Sponsorship signage will be in the venue with the sponsoring company name and logo. A banner may also be hung in the venue at the discretion of the conference leadership. Projected Attendance of 500

Sponsor for all sessions within a particular discipline. Opportunities Include: Alumni Relations, Career Development, Development, Independent Schools, Marketing and Communications and Community Colleges. Speakers Gifts

Session speakers receive a thank you gift following their presentation. Gifts traditionally have featured the conference logo and sponsor logo, depending on item. Items provided in the past have included decorative pewter items, hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.
