Your voices have been heard and we are excited to announce new plans for recognizing and promoting our valuable sponsors and exhibitors in 2010!

• Free wireless access for all conference attendees only available in the Exhibit Hall.
• The Exhibit Hall is located on the same level as registration and will be the main gathering location for conference attendees.
• All conference attendees will receive one free drink ticket for use during the exhibit hall reception on Thursday evening.

• The exhibit hall will remain open from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm on Thursday and 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on Friday.
• All breaks will occur in the exhibit hall and have been extended to 30 minutes allowing for interaction with sponsors and exhibitors.
• To enter the exhibit hall raffle, you must have signatures from a large majority of exhibitors. We are also seeking top prizes to be awarded which will draw interest.
• Sponsors and Exhibitors are invited to join the CASE DI Board of Directors and Conference Committee at a special Recognition Reception on Thursday, January 28th at 6:00 pm at the Westin following the general exhibit hall reception.
• All conference events will occur onsite at the Westin Copley Hotel.

More than 500 participants representing a wide range of institutions are expected from across the district. District I brings colleagues from independent schools and community colleges; from small private colleges and large public universities, as well as many Ivy League schools. This is a unique district and the conference will surely inspire and educate us all!

Conference attendees are exposed to our sponsors by way of the website, materials, signage, and recognition at individual events. All sponsors will also receive an electronic mailing list prior to the conference so that you may advertise to registered attendees. If you have exhibited in the past and are considering making your conference experience more worthwhile, sponsorship provides that opportunity!

The earlier you sign on, the more visibility and promotional opportunities for your company. The sooner you confirm your participation, the sooner we can include your logo on the conference website and in our e-communications, as appropriate.
