Exhibit Hall Details

2010 Exhibit Hall Features Include:

• The Exhibit Hall is located on the same level as registration and will be the main gathering location for conference attendees.
• Free wireless access for all will be available only in the exhibit hall.
• Opening Reception Thursday evening followed by a special Exhibitor/Sponsor Recognition Reception with the CASE District I Board of Directors and Conference Committee.
• All breaks will occur in the exhibit hall.
• Table Seminars will take place on Thursday and Friday drawing large crowds.
• Exhibit hall raffle for participants who visit a majority of booths during the conference.
• Literature Exchange and Awards Displays in the exhibit hall.
• Professional Development Resources table where participating institutions will offer information about employment opportunities will be located in the exhibit hall.
• Continental breakfast will be served in the exhibit hall on Thursday and Friday. Lunch will be served in the exhibit hall on Thursday.

Exhibitor Fees

Reduced rates from 2009!

CASE Members: $800 includes all exhibitor benefits (Includes registration for 2 representatives)

Non-CASE Members: $900 includes all exhibitor benefits (Includes registration for 2 representatives)

Additional Company Representatives: $250 per person

Cancellation Policy:

Booth registration fees will be refunded, less a $200 handling charge, if CASE District I receives written notification of cancellation on or before December 15, 2009.
