District Service & Recognition Awards
CASE District I is pleased to invite nominations for the following six awards that recognize outstanding individual contributions to education through volunteer leadership and professional achievement. The award recipients will be honored at the annual Awards Celebration on Wednesday, January 27, 2010, at the conference. (PLEASE NOTE: The Awards Celebration is sold out and registration for this event has closed.)
Each year, CASE District I recognizes outstanding individual contributions to education through volunteer leadership and professional achievement with six awards. Nominations are sought from throughout the membership, and recipients are honored at a gala during the District I Annual Conference.
The Chief Executive Leadership Award has been established to honor institutional leaders for outstanding contributions to their campus communities, for efforts promoting public understanding of education, and for support of advancement at their campuses. Nominees must have demonstrated the ability to increase their institution's stature in the community and to establish a positive image for their institution while leading it to even higher levels of success.
The Eleanor Collier Award is presented to a current member of CASE District I whose contribution to his/her organization and/or to the professions encompassed by the membership reflect honor on CASE, education and those fields of professional expertise.
The Carol and Stephen Hebert Award recognizes distinguished service to CASE District I and is presented to a member who has exhibited an extraordinary devotion of time and energy to District I affairs.
The Distinguished Friend of Education Award is presented to a volunteer who has made outstanding contributions to education in District I. The award honors an individual whose extraordinary leadership has influenced an institution's cause or the cause of education in general.
The Quarter Century Circle honors those who have completed 25 years of service for non-profit organizations in the professions encompassed by CASE.
The Rising Star Award recognizes the accomplishments of new advancement professionals (3-5 years) whose early success promises future leadership and achievement.
